OSU Student Negligently Hit By Dump Truck There are many dangers students on campus should not be subjected to. These would include the inherent dangers of a major construction site in the middle of campus where students are going to and from class or their dorm rooms. Daniel Hughes was crossing a stretch of campus on his way to class when he was negligently run over by a dump truck.
