Congratulations, Marc Pera, on Being Named to the AIOPIA’s 10 Best Attorneys List for the Second Year!

All of us at Crandall & Pera Law would like to congratulate our own Marc Pera on being named, for the second year in a row, to the “10 Best for Client Satisfaction” list of Ohio personal injury attorneys by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. The AIOPIA is part of the American Institute of Legal Counsel, an objective ratings service which believes “that Attorneys should be recognized for excellence in their field and that potential Clients can benefit from this knowledge.”

In order to be selected for this honor, applicants – who can only be nominated by another attorney, a client or the Institute itself – must demonstrate not only their successes in courtrooms or boardrooms, but also that those successes are beneficial to their clients above all other things. There are specific criteria that the AIOLC reviews when considering an applicant. The attorney must:

  • Have a 10/10 client satisfaction rating

  • Be considered a “top rated” attorney by other ratings systems

  • Be an industry leader

  • Have no unresolved complaints against him or her

The AIOLC also looks at applicants’ awards and accolades, speaking engagements and publications, which associations they belong to, and their continuing levels of education.

Over the past couple of years, the group has grown enough to offer 10 Best Client Satisfaction awards for attorneys across the country, and practicing in 14 different areas of the law.

This is Marc’s second consecutive year being selected for membership for the group for Western Ohio, and we could not be prouder of him if we tried. Marc is not only a skilled and aggressive attorney, but he is also a genuinely empathetic man, who cares deeply about his clients and their families. So it is really no surprise that Marc would win yet another award for his dedication and service to his clients – from the AIOPIA or from any group. He works hard on behalf of his clients, and he is willing and able to keep fighting for them until he knows that justice has been served.

Congratulations again, Marc, on your second year membership to the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys – you deserve it!
