This is Marc’s 6th consecutive year being named to the Top 100 list for Ohio, and his 6th consecutive year being named to the Top 50 Cincinnati Super Lawyers list, as well. Marc was recognized for his work in both Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.
Super Lawyers is an objective ratings service which evaluates attorneys throughout the country, using a patented selection process. Only 5% of all attorneys will be eligible for inclusion on their annual lists, and selection one year does not guarantee an attorney will be included the next.

A popular speaker at legal conferences and well-respected by his peers and by opposing counsel, Marc routinely handles complex medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases for clients throughout Ohio and Kentucky. As a former defense attorney, he offers an insider perspective to his clients, and is able to anticipate potential problems with a case before they arise. This insight, along with his experience and skills in a court room, have helped Marc obtain millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.
Marc is also a member of multiple legal organizations committed to promoting justice for the injured, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association. He manages the Cincinnati office, but serves as primary counsel on cases in Ohio and Kentucky.
His selection to the 2018 Supers Lawyers list is the latest in a long record of accolades. Marc was named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for five years before being named to the Top 100 and Top 50.
